Dear Friends and Family,
So many years I have longed to write this Christmas letter: we are finally expecting our first child! Next year pictures of our beautiful baby boy are sure to follow. We are very excited and very nervous, and still welcome prayers for a healthy boy and wisdom for parenting. Baby Stowe should make his debut near the 15th of April (apropos).
The rest of our year was rather uneventful, as we were working with doctors and needles, procedures and blood tests for half of the year and all of the summer (thank you, insurance!). We did make it out to L.A. for one of Andrew’s conferences this spring where he led a brilliant session on government contracts. Jess was also well-received at the state music teacher’s conference in Hot Springs when she presented with her Chorus this November.
Our dog-babies have both survived this last year (7 in dog years) well, despite some minor ailments. They are as much snuggly trouble as ever. We all hosted guests from Europe and the West coast; we hope to see more of you in the coming year as we welcome our little boy.
Best wishes for a bright and peaceful season, Jessica, Andrew, Baby Stowe, Daisy & Cayman
