I'm still with Beers + Cutler these days.  Most of what I do is help companies doing business with the Federal Government to Navigate the complexities of their accounting regulation.  Just like the Tax Code, Government Contractors have another layer of regulation for their business with the government - Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Cost Accounting Standards.  There are very few black and white issues in these regulations and, until such time as they are simplified or removed, companies will continue to need interpretations and guidance.  That's why I'm here!
